Innovative
Thermal Solutions, LLC Earns Emerson Climate Technologies Excellence

November 1, 2004 - Emerson Climate Technologies, a unit of Emerson
Electric (NYSE: EMR), St. Louis, NO., presented Bob Utter, President ,
Innovative Thermal Solutions with its Bronze Excellence Award at its
3rd Annual Design Services Conference in Columbus, OH on October 26,
2004.
The award was presented by Rob Lehman, Managing Director of Design
Services Network for rapid response in resolving technical problems for
Design Services Network clients and ongoing support of new product
development projects.
According to Lehman, "Bob Utter recently joined Design Services
Network, and in only a few months has delivered critical solutions to
clients. Bob has shown excellence in thermal and mechanical system
design, has demonstrated a "can do" attitude, and has solved problems
for our customers. I look forward to awarding Bob with the Gold medal
next year after he has a full year to demonstrate his excellence."
